Tassie Tour 2026 - Update No 1 and Accommodation List DOWNLOAD HERE The Tassie Tour. The Tasmanian Vintage / Classic Motorcycle rally starts 7th March 2026 . Open to all
pre 1970 motorcycles, you will enjoy 11 Nights and 12 Days
of
some of the best motorcycle roads and scenery in the
Country.
For those
who have done this fantastic rally previously, this tour
opens up new
areas not previously ridden but also includes those roads
that make
this rally so popular.

Numbers are
strictly limited to 120 bikes for logistical reasons
(accommodation and
catering limits)
The Rally
starts and finishes in Ulverstone, close to where the
Spirit of
Tasmania ferry docks. Assistance will be given to those
who wish to
leave vehicles and/or trailers in Melbourne or Ulverstone
for the
duration of the rally.
Although
the itinerary is yet to be finalised the tour will see us travelling along the North West of the state,
down the fabulous West Coast to Hobart and Southern areas
before heading back up the East and North Coasts to return to
Ulverstone.
We will
typically travel between 150 and 250 kilometers each day,
all on
bitumen and mostly easy going for Vintage bikes.

Please Note - The
committee advises that due to the hilly, narrow and
winding nature of
Tassie's roads, a
well-developed level of riding skill is recommended.
There
will be ample time allotted for each days ride so take
your time, enjoy
the scenery and arrive safe. Tasmania's climate is also
unpredictable
at times and wet weather may well be encountered at some
stage of the
tour so be prepared.
Accommodation
details will be forwarded to entrants at a later date along with a
detailed
itinerary of where we will be staying each night. This
will range from
Caravan Parks to Motels with indicative prices provided.
You will then
be able to book the accommodation of your choice from our
recommended
sites.
Due
to the overwhelming popularity of the rally entries this year will be
via an expression of interest but still on a first come first serve basis. - We will endeavour to find a spot for as many people
as possible on the rally but as demand is generally higher than the
number of spots available some people may unfortunately miss out.
Fees for the
2026 Tassie Tour are $325 per motorcycle with rider.
Pillions or accompanying persons are an additional $100. Entries
